特种动物病原与免疫科技创新团队

一、团队简介

特种动物病原与免疫科技创新团队,以特种动物病原与免疫为研究重点,立足于解决困扰我国特种动物产业发展多年的疫病防控问题,系统性的研究特种动物病原学和免疫学。近年来,该团队深入开展特种动物病原学、免疫学的研究,彻底摸清特种动物重要病原的生态学分布,流行特征和传播特点,从系统生态学的角度研究特种动物疾病在时空中发生、发展的规律和控制方法,为特种动物疫病防控奠定坚实的基础。为维护毛皮动物养殖业的稳定,保障该产业的健康有序发展提供重要的技术支撑。

该团队在病原学方面着重开展了特种动物犬瘟热病毒、水貂肠炎细小病毒、狂犬病病毒、水貂阿留申病毒、鹿布氏杆菌和水貂星状病毒等重要病原体的遗传多样性和新型诊断技术研究;在免疫学方面开展了特种动物基因重组疫苗,重要病原体单克隆抗体,病毒B细胞抗原表位,新型表位疫苗等免疫技术及机理研究。

目前,该团队固定人员12名,流动研究生10名。承担国家863计划、农业科技行业专项、国家自然科学基金、吉林省重大科技攻关、吉林省自然基金项目等30余项,到位经费1000余万元。获得吉林省科技进步一等奖1项、长春市科技进步特等奖1项,吉林市科技进步特等奖1项,参加获得国家科技进步一等奖1项,中国农业科学院一等奖1项、吉林省科技进步二等奖2项,出版学术专著3部。近年来,以第一完成单位发表文章75篇(其中sci收录论文30篇),获得授权发明专利3项。
